About Kristina:

I consider myself a professional mover. Not the kind that is going to come to your home and lift the boxes. I moved a lot as a kid. I went to 8 elementary schools and 4 high schools. If there is anyone in the world that understands what goes into moving or the variety of reasons that would cause you to move, it’s me. Sharing my passion and compassion for the moving process and creating the ultimate client experience is what I feel like I was born to do.

Before starting my career in real estate, I helped small to medium size businesses reach their goals through Marketing and Payment Processing, where I worked my way up from a Sales Representative to a Regional Sales Manager. I specialize in coaching, marketing, and negotiating.

When I am not helping you buy or sell your dream home, you can find me reading, singing karaoke, writing for my blog, or hanging out with my nephews (2 human and 1 furry) and my own fur baby.

I believe that paths cross for a reason and when I am given an opportunity to help a client I take that responsibility very seriously. My job is to activate your dreams, so once we have designed the plan and time frame, you can be certain that we will get results! For some Agents helping you buy or sell your home is the end of the road, never following up or keeping contact.  I vow to never be that agent. I am grateful to be a part of your story and will show that by staying in contact long after your transactions close.

About Leah:

I grew up in Frankfort but currently live in Montgomery, IL. In between then and now I've moved quite a bit. I understand that moving can be a very stressful time, and I’m here to help guide you every step of the way. My main priority is ensuring that your home buying experience leaves a positive, everlasting memory.

Previous to this I’ve held a variety of jobs, from hairstylist to working in logistics. I’m kind of a jack of all trades! One thing every single job had in common was providing a positive and reputable customer experience. My biggest passion in life has always been helping and caring for others. To be able to serve and uplift others daily brings so much joy into my life.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and the outdoors, drawing/painting, photography, going to sporting events, and spending time with friends. While I enjoy all of these things, the most important thing to me is my family. I am adopted with two older brothers. At the holidays (or whenever we get the time), we love to spend time together making memories in each other's homes.

I look forward to helping you find that special place to call home.

About Jessica:

I grew up in Plainfield and at that time Plainfield was changing from mostly farm fields to newer subdivisions.  The subdivision I grew up in was still being built when I moved in, and I loved seeing the process of the homes being built.  Frequently my parents would take my sibilings and I out to view the new subdivisions and homes being built in the area.  This is where I believe that my passion for homes was created!  I loved getting to view the beautifully decorated model homes and I would imagine myself living there.

I earned a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University in Health Sciences.  I have always loved helping others and that was what drew me to the health care industry.  After a few years working in the health care industry, I realized that my passion was not found there, and I kept being brought back to homes and real estate.  Once I realized that I could apply my passion for helping others and combine my love for homes and real estate, it became the best of both worlds!

I am excited about the opportunity to help client's find a home that is special for them and a place where they will be able to create many memories.  I feel grateful to be able to play a role in what could be someone's forever home or what could be someone's biggest investment of their life.  Buying or selling a home can be intimidating, with my help I can make it a more enjoyable experience!

About Vanessa:

The word "home" was something always special to me growing up, but unfortunately my parents could not give us that gift. I grew up in an unstable financial household and understand what it means to someone when "home" feels right.

I was born in Passaic, N.J. and we all moved to Chicago when I was about ten years old, trying to enhance our lifestyle. Despite my parent's attempt to live better, our financial instability caused us to keep moving homes and schools. After years of living in an economic hardship and feeling financially limited, I worked really hard to try to change my life around by taking risks in an effort to stop the cycle of poverty in my family.

I treat people the way I would've loved my family to be treated, and there is nothing more rewarding than going home knowing you helped a family find the home of their dreams. Helping a family make such an important decision on a home purchase means that their kids will also be successful in the home they will grow up in, and that's the most rewarding gift to me.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication studies from Eastern Illinois University in 2011. After college graduation, I worked in journalism and radio sales in downtown Chicago, and now reside in the south suburbs.

I enjoy sharing my story to motivate others, and I also enjoy volunteering in food pantries.

About Ryan:

If there is one theme that has followed me throughout my journey to discover my true career in real estate, it’s that I am always happiest when helping others to reach their goals and dreams.  Having lived and worked all over the greater Chicago area, I found a love for exploring new places and discovering the heart of each community (especially its best coffee shops!). Working in real estate has been an amazing way for me to merge these two loves into an amazing career.

Buying or selling a home is always a big moment in life and my goal is to ensure that you have the absolute best experience possible throughout the entire process. Helping my clients to get everything they’re looking for starts with really listening to the person in front of me so that we will truly be on the same page from start to finish. Prior to full-time real estate, I developed these skills as a leasing agent before being promoted to assistant director of one of Chicago’s largest housing management firms.

Outside of the office, you can usually find me spending time with my wife Katie and our two pups Seamus and Holle. I’m a big fan of an active, healthy lifestyle and am always trying to squeeze in an extra workout, a round of frisbee golf, or trying one of the wife’s new healthy recipes at home.

I am a firm believer in sticking to your word, meeting people where they’re at, and standing up for what’s right. You can count on me to always negotiate in your best interests and to follow through to exceed your expectations.  As your agent, I’m grateful to be helping you through the process of reaching your next big dream!
